Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted predominantly from the fruit of the illustrious Sacrashe vineyard, exuding the dark, dense, powerful character of this distinctive vineyard site. Heady aromatics of black spice, blackberry and freshly turned earth launch into a loaded palate of dark plum, briar fruit, leather and smoke. Dense yet sweet tannins lend grip and cadre. Crafted at our gravity-fed HALL Rutherford winery, the HALL ?Kathryn Hall? Cabernet Sauvignon is undeniably complex and enticing, and will gracefully evolve for 12-15 years.

One of the richest Cabernets of the vintage. Amazingly soft and velvety in the mouth, yet there?s a solid grip of acidity and tannins that balance the richness. The flavors are extraordinary, ranging from blackberry and cherry-pie filling through currant liqueur and milk chocolate to leather. So decadent now, it?s hard to resist, but should develop for 4?6 years.
