Bodegas Sinforiano Description
An elegant Tempranillo from Cigales with subtle balsamic hints and layers of fruit. A wine with great typicity thanks to a careful selection of old-vine grapes grown in soils of deep clay with large pebbles in the topsoil. After the grapes are carefully sorted and fermented the wine is aged for 4 months in barrel to acquire subtle oak notes and to bring out the varietal character of the grape. The superb balance between fruit and oak offers excellent body and a delicate finish on the palate.
